What Can We Learn From Group Process?
For the past quarter of a century, facilitators and the organizational design community have been developing highly interactive, scalable group processes for face-to-face collaboration. Eugene will provide an overview of these processes. He'll discuss how we can develop tools for augmenting these face-to-face processes, and how we can apply the underlying patterns to develop better online, asynchronous tools.
