One of our philosophies is to live our work. As a company devoted to learning together and improving how we collaborate, we ourselves must be effective collaborators, and we must do it an open way.

As part of this, we apply network principles to our work. We share our learning openly and broadly, fostering a vibrant community of practitioners, and when we work with clients, we draw from that community. Our model gives us and our clients the opportunity to work and learn with the best in the business, from designers to facilitators to technologists.
